Like radishes, the Guérin family’s roots run deep in the black soil of Sherrington. Its story begins with André Guérin and Thérèse Picard, who planted their very first radishes in the early 1960s.
Not only is agriculture sustainable in the Guérin family, but so is the passion for agriculture. The love for the land was passed on to André and Thérèse’s sons, Jacques, Daniel, Clément and Marc, who took over the business while maintaining 100% local production.
Today, Pascal, Yannick and Dany, the third generation of Guérins, continue to innovate, with CanadaGAP and Ecocert Canada certifications and production processes that are greener than ever before.
The Guérins have gotten up every day for nearly 60 years to sow the seeds of a job well-done. That’s how JAG has delivered and continues to deliver consistent freshness, quality and quantity.
